The Story
The Beefy Boys started as a street food operation in Hereford, built around a simple conviction that a burger is only as good as the beef inside it. They source 100% Hereford beef from local butchers Neil Powell and farmer Johnny Morris. The buns are baked fresh every day by local baker Peter Cook to a recipe developed exclusively for them.
That approach took them to the World Burger Championships, where they reached the final. The National Burger Awards followed. When they opened on Shrewsbury's High Street, they brought the same sourcing standards with them.
The menu is focused rather than sprawling. Burgers, done with more care than almost anywhere else in the region. Gluten-free buns available. Vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
